1. The service

SetuChat provides an AI assistant that automatically replies to customer messages on a connected Facebook Page using a knowledge base supplied by the Page admin.

2. Your responsibility

• You must own or be authorized to manage the Facebook Page you connect.
• The knowledge base content you enter must be accurate and yours to publish.
• You are responsible for the bot's replies to your customers.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use SetuChat to send spam, harass users, distribute illegal content, or violate Meta's Platform Policies.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The free tier is provided as-is. Paid plans include the support level described at signup.

5. Termination

You may stop using SetuChat at any time by disconnecting your Page from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or Meta Platform Policies.

6. Liability

SetuChat is provided "as is". We are not liable for incorrect bot replies, lost sales, or downstream damages. Use the "needs human" review queue to verify any critical interactions.
