What you'll need
- • An Instagram Business or Creator account.
- • Your IG account linked to the same Facebook Page that you connected to SetuChat.
Step-by-step
- Link your Instagram account to your Page (in Meta Business Manager)
Go to business.facebook.com → Accounts → Instagram accounts → Add. Pick your IG account, then assign your Facebook Page to it. (Already done? Skip to step 2.)
- Open SetuChat → Connect
Go to setuchat.ai/connect, scroll to Instagram DMs, click Connect Instagram. We auto-detect your IG account from your Page. Done.
- Send yourself a test DM
From a personal IG account, message your business IG. Within seconds the bot replies in the language you used. Tag — you're it.
