Test chat
A safe sandbox to make sure the bot answers well before customers see it.
Test Chat lets you message the bot exactly the way a customer would — but without sending anything through Messenger or WhatsApp. Use it every time you change your knowledge base or persona.
How to use it
- Sidebar → Test Chat. The chat opens with a few sample prompts to get you started.
- Type any question your customers might ask — Bangla, English, or Banglish. The bot mirrors the language and script.
- Read the reply. If it's right, you're good. If it's off, see below.
Reproducing real customer questions
Pick a thread your customers got wrong from Inbox, copy the customer's message, paste it into Test Chat, then tweak your knowledge base and try again. Repeat until the reply is good.
When the reply isn't right
- Wrong fact. Open Knowledge, find the matching item, and fix or replace it.
- Bot says "I'll check with the shop."That means it doesn't have a confident answer in your knowledge — add the missing FAQ or product entry.
- Wrong language.The bot is built to mirror the customer's script; if it slips, contact support.
- Generic, off-brand reply. Your knowledge is probably too thin. Add more short, focused entries.
Test Chat doesn't charge customers' usage
Messages here go to your private sandbox only. No customer ever sees them; no Messenger or WhatsApp delivery happens.
