5-minute quickstart
Sign in, connect your Page, train the bot, and watch it reply.
A Facebook Page you administer, a Google or Facebook account to sign into SetuChat with, and 5 minutes.
- Create your account
Go to setuchat.ai/login and click Continue with Google (or Facebook). After consent you land on your dashboard.
- Connect a Facebook Page
Open Connect in the left sidebar → Authorize with Meta. Pick the Page you want the bot to handle and approve the Messenger permissions. SetuChat stores an encrypted Page access token; we never post on your behalf.

- Drop in your knowledge
Open Knowledge. Drag and drop FAQs, product PDFs, your refund policy, a shipping rates sheet, etc. The bot reads them and starts using them on its next reply.
You can also paste a URL — a website, YouTube video, or Facebook video — and SetuChat pulls in the relevant content.

- Test before going live
Open Test Chat and ask the same questions a customer would. The bot answers in the language they use — Bangla, English, or Banglish.
If a reply is wrong, it's almost always because the relevant info isn't in your knowledge base yet. Add the missing piece and re-ask.
- Send a real message
From any other Facebook account, open your Page and send a Messenger message. The bot replies within a few seconds. Conversations show up in Inbox; threads it can't answer confidently are flagged needs human.
Pro tips
- • Pause without disconnecting: toggle auto-reply off in Settings to silence the bot temporarily without unlinking the Page.
- • Sharper answers: prefer short, focused knowledge entries (one fact per item) over long marketing copy. The bot answers more accurately when each piece of knowledge stands on its own.
