Train the bot by adding products, FAQs, policies. Drop a file, paste a link, or type it in.
Three input modes
- • Drop a file — drag-and-drop or click to choose. PDF, DOCX, XLSX/XLS, CSV, TXT, MD. Up to 25 MB each, multiple at once.
- • Paste a link — any URL. Special handling for YouTube (oEmbed for title/author) and Facebook video (OG tags). Everything else: fetch + main content extraction.
- • Type it in — quick FAQ entry. Pick a kind (product, faq, policy, snippet), give a title, write the body.
Short, focused entries answer questions better. Aim for ~50–300 words per item, each one covering a single product, policy, or question. The bot finds answers faster when each fact is its own item.
Editing & deleting
Click the pencil on any KB row to edit the kind, title, or body. Save and the bot starts using the new version on its next reply. Click the trash to remove an item — the bot stops referencing it immediately.

Supported link types
- • Web pages — paste any URL; the main article text gets pulled in, navigation and ads are dropped.
- • YouTube — title and author of the video.
- • Facebook videos — public title and description.
Anything you ingest stays inside your tenant. KB items are never shared with other vendors on the platform. Text is processed only through the AI providers you've configured.
